A Curated Valentine’s Dining Experience Across SHI Hospitality’s Signature Restaurants

Dubai, UAE, 14 JANUARY 2025: This Valentine’s Day, SHI, MOLI by SHI,and MEI invite couples to celebrate love with thoughtfully curated dining experiences designed to be shared and enjoyed in an intimate setting.

Across all three venues, guests can enjoy an exclusive Valentine’s set menu, carefully crafted to highlight each restaurant’s signature best-selling dishes and culinary identity, followed by a dessert created especially for the occasion. For those seeking greater flexibility, à la carte dining will also be available on the evening, subject to a minimum spend.

At MOLI by SHI, Valentine’s Day is celebrated through a contemporary Chinese dining experience that balances bold flavours with refined technique. Priced at AED 595 per couple, the Valentine’s set menu features highlights such as crispy tiger prawns with wasabi, handcrafted dim sum including lobster dumplings and Angus beef kimchi dumplings, and signature mains including red snapper with Gan Shao Yu sauce and wok-seared Wagyu beef, finishing with the dessert Infinite Love. À la carte dining is available with a minimum spend of AED 350 per person.

SHI offers an elevated Valentine’s journey through premium Chinese and Japanese flavours. The AED 990 per couple set menu includes a sushi platter, signature dim sum such as Love Har Gau and chicken siu mai, indulgent mains including black cod with miso sauce and jasmine tea-smoked short ribs, and the Valentine’s dessert Sealed With Love. À la carte dining is also available, subject to a minimum spend of AED 500 per person.

At MEI, couples can enjoy a modern and immersive Valentine’s dining experience blending Chinese and Japanese influences. The AED 595 per couple set menu features a sushi platter, premium dim sum, mains such as grilled Chilean seabass and Wagyu beef with black pepper sauce, and the dessert Sweet Temptation. À la carte dining is available with a minimum spend of AED 500 per person.

In addition to the in-restaurant dining experiences, a limited-edition Valentine’s dessert, Guardian of My Heart, will be available for takeaway across MOLI by SHI, SHI and MEI. Thoughtfully created, the dessert priced at AED 150, offers guests the opportunity to celebrate Valentine’s Day beyond the table and take a piece of the experience home.

To further elevate the evening, all three venues offer the option to pre-order champagne, available by the glass or by the bottle, allowing couples to toast to the occasion in style.
