Downtown Dubai Launches 8-Day NYE Celebration for 2026

Eight days of fireworks, live shows, and Bollywood flair await.

This year, Downtown Dubai is turning New Year’s Eve into an eight-day celebration, running from December 31 to January 7, 2026. Residents and visitors will get multiple chances to catch the magic, making it the longest and grandest countdown yet.

Shows Across the City

The festivities span several locations, from Burj Khalifa lake to Dubai Mall promenade. Expect live performances, dazzling visuals, aerial feats, moving platforms, and fireworks lighting up the night sky. Burj Park offers the best views for those who want a comfortable, uninterrupted countdown experience.

Bollywood Meets Dubai

For the first time, the celebration adds a touch of Bollywood magic, thanks to a collaboration with Frontstage, part of Shah Rukh Khan’s Red Chilies Entertainment. High-energy performances promise vibrant flair and unforgettable entertainment.

Parade, Kids’ Fun, and Food Galore

A grand parade with massive floats and puppets will showcase Dubai’s culture and ambition. Families can enjoy kids’ workshops, while food trucks and stalls ensure everyone stays fueled for the festivities.
