Emirates NBD Waives ATM and Debit Card Fees
UAE lender removes withdrawal and replacement charges until March 31, 2026, to make banking services more accessible.
Emirates NBD has announced that it is waiving ATM withdrawal fees across the UAE and GCC, while also removing charges on debit card replacements and deliveries.
The bank informed customers of the temporary measure through an email, explaining that the initiative is designed to help customers access cash and essential banking services more easily during ongoing regional developments.
Under the policy, customers will be able to withdraw cash from any ATM network across the UAE and GCC without incurring additional fees. The bank has also waived charges for replacing lost or damaged debit cards and for having new cards delivered.
According to the bank, the fee waiver will remain in effect until March 31, 2026. The move is aimed at providing greater convenience and flexibility for customers who may need quick and easy access to cash or require a replacement debit card.
By removing these charges temporarily, the bank said it hopes to ensure customers can continue managing their finances smoothly and securely without worrying about additional banking costs.
The initiative reflects the bank’s broader commitment to supporting customers and maintaining uninterrupted access to essential financial services during periods of regional uncertainty.
