Etihad Airways has initiated its first regular flight connecting Abu Dhabi and Boston. The inaugural flight, EY147, was celebrated at Zayed International Airport before takeoff.
Celebrating the Inaugural Flight
Upon arrival in Massachusetts, Etihad Airways pilots showcased the flags of the UAE and the US from the cockpit, marking the commencement of direct flights to the airline’s fourth US destination.
Flight Schedule and Aircraft
The new Boston service will operate on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, utilizing Etihad’s latest Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft. The aircraft is equipped with popular business class cabins and economy smart seats.
Fourth US Destination for Etihad Airways
With the addition of Boston, Etihad Airways now serves four destinations in the United States, including Chicago, New York, and Washington, D.C. This expansion underscores the airline's commitment to providing enhanced connectivity and travel options for passengers.
