Expo 2020 Dubai awarded 50 visitors with a new white Expo 2020 Dubai passport as a gift to local visitors at Expo 2020 Dubai. Many loyal visitors will be given a white Expo 2020 Dubai passport

Each of Expo’s 200-plus pavilions has a stamp to offer visitors, with a few special stamps cropping up along the way.

The ability to collect stamps has proven very popular, with the yellow passport Expo 2020 Dubai’s biggest-selling item of merchandise.

But the rewards for Expo superfans do not stop there – the white passport will be given a special commemorative stamp of its own, signifying 100 stamps achieved so far, with the original yellow passport also receiving one to indicate that a white passport has been awarded.

At a special event, held in the Opportunity Forum, the 50 honourees were handed out a special trophy to commemorate their many visits. They also received an Expo 2020 bag, pin, wrist band, key chain and a guide.

Presiding over the ceremony, Reem Al Hashimy, UAE Minister of State for International Cooperation and Director of Expo 2020 Dubai said” Thank you for standing with us in light of these conditions and the COVID pandemic, as an integral part of the Emirati family. We hope that the Expo will be the source of your trust and appreciation and will leave you with unforgettable memories."

Suha Yahya, who works in the sales sector, said: “I can’t describe how I feel about this event. I’ve been to Expo more than 40 times. I had a season ticket. Expo 2020 is a positive place, full of joy and beautiful activities, where I learned about new cultures and things I did not know before.”

Al-Derai, who says he has visited the Expo site more than 75 times, added: "I am a fan of learning about cultures, and what I learned today will benefit me when I visit other countries. I would not have known all these things without Expo."
