Dubai is turning up the volume on its cultural ambitions. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, has officially approved the launch of the Dubai Orchestra—a major initiative set to boost the city’s global standing in the arts.
The project, led by Dubai Culture and supported by both public and private sectors, is designed to showcase the emirate’s creative strength while nurturing local talent and attracting world-class artists.
