Swift's music video 'Fortnight' opens dramatically with Swift chained to a bed, wearing Toni Maticevski's 'Candescence’ dress.

The Victorian-styled dress Taylor Swift wears in her music video 'Fortnight' is designed by Elena Velez. The designer made the top dramatic with its ruffles and buttons while the skirt features endless pleats. The look is from Velez's recent collection EVSALON_001.
