The UAE has officially announced a travel ban to the Republic of Mali, calling on all Emirati citizens currently in the country to return home as soon as possible.
What the UAE Just Announced
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed the ban on Tuesday, stressing that citizens should avoid all travel to Mali until further notice.
For Those Already in Mali
Nationals currently in Mali have been advised to return to the UAE right away. The ministry reminded travelers to follow all official instructions closely, stay alert, and prioritise safety at all times.

The ministry also urged citizens abroad to reach out if they need help. A 24/7 emergency hotline is available specifically for UAE nationals who require assistance while overseas.
