Due to its content, a recent viral social media video has sparked outrage of criticism. The UAE Ministry of Interiors (MoI) has taken notice of the video below, which presents the city and the police force in an untrue manner and provides false information.

In the TikTok video posted by @nico_zeyn, a female police officer arrives in an exquisite Ferrari police car to rescue a car that gets stuck in the desert. The police refuel the stranded vehicle while asserting that there is no gas problem in their country.

Residents and citizens on Twitter alerted the UAE Ministry of Interiors about the problematic video and increase awareness. They requested that action be made against this inaccurate image of the oil-rich nation, outraged by its fabricated stories.

The UAE Ministry of Interiors responded to the concerns of Twitter users with a tweet intended to reassure the public that the issue had already been referred to the right authorities.
