One Bangladeshi national was killed by the shrapnel after a drone interception in Fujairah on Wednesday morning, April 1.

The incident happened in the Al Riffa area, according to Fujairah's government media. 

Since the start of the US-Israel war against Iran, 11 people have been killed in incidents related to drone interceptions in the UAE, and 188 people have been injured.

The deaths included two Emirati military personnel, a Moroccan contractor, and eight others of Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Palestinian, and Nepali nationalities.
