Potatoes and Chicken

6 pieces of boneless chicken thighs
2 large potatoes, sliced
1 large white onion, sliced

Sauce

⅓ cup tomato paste
⅓ cup yogurt
⅓ red pepper paste
¼ olive oil
Salt to taste
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp paprika

  1. Preheat the Oven

    Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Note that you will turn it down to 180 degrees during cooking.
  2. Assemble the Ingredients

    Slice the onions and arrange them in an oven tray. Slice your potatoes and season them with paprika, salt, and pepper with a drizzle of olive oil. Arrange them evenly in the tray. Then, place the chicken piece on top.
  3. For extra flavors, you can add thyme, chili flakes, or any other spices to your liking.

  4. Make the Sauce

    Mix together the tomato paste, yogurt, pepper paste, olive oil, salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika. Then pour it over your chicken and veggies.
  5. Bake

    Place your potatoes and chicken in the oven for 45 minutes, or until your chicken is fully cooked and has a nice broil on top.
