DMCC to Build a Crypto Tower in Dubai

Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) and REIT Development launched the Crypto Tower project on Wednesday, Jan. 15 to serve the growing number of companies in the blockchain, DeFi and Web3 sectors in Dubai.
The tower will feature nine floors of advanced offices tailored for crypto startups and established businesses.
Three floors will support blockchain incubators, venture capital firms, and investment companies.
There will be a dedicated floor for artificial intelligence (AI) innovation.
The tower will also have a 10,000-square-foot indoor event space and a 3,500-square-foot outdoor area for crypto and blockchain events.

The top three floors will be home to a 30,000-square-foot crypto club for networking and leisure amenities.
Crypto Tower will also have an NFT art gallery, a gold bullion shop, an exotic car dealership, and a dedicated vault storage area.
Construction for the tower is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2027 with operations starting shortly thereafter.
