Binance Blockchain Week Dubai 2025 Brings Global Crypto Leaders to UAE
Discussions on policy, Bitcoin, Web3 and digital finance to headline the two-day event.
Binance Blockchain Week 2025 is set to bring two full days of crypto debates, industry insights, and policy discussions to Dubai’s Coca-Cola Arena on December 3 and 4.
Thousands of attendees are expected as global speakers, financial leaders, and Web3 builders examine the shifting landscape of digital assets and the technologies shaping its next phase.
The agenda features a mix of market analysis, regulatory conversations, and community-led stories reflecting the sector’s evolution. One of the most anticipated sessions pairs BWT Alpine Formula One driver Pierre Gasly with Binance CMO Rachel Conlan for an informal conversation on the intersection of sports and crypto. Rather than a technical panel, the discussion explores how digital tools are changing fan engagement and sponsorship ecosystems.
Collaboration Across the Industry
This year’s programme includes participation from a broad range of blockchain and financial organisations. Celo joins as Title Sponsor, contributing sessions on real-world adoption and mobile-first digital finance. Solayer and Nexpace, listed as Platinum+ sponsors, deliver keynote presentations on high-performance infrastructure, cross-chain interoperability and the practical challenges facing Web3 usability.
Mastercard’s involvement brings traditional finance context to conversations around payment rails, settlement speed and digital connectivity—topics that continue to shape the path toward mainstream use of crypto technologies.
Human Stories at the Centre
Ahead of Gasly’s appearance, Conlan will host participants from Binance’s Humans of Binance film series. The segment highlights everyday individuals whose financial lives have shifted through learning and using digital assets. The series opened with Luis, a 57-year-old from Latin America who credits crypto education with helping him stay active in a changing economy.
“Crypto gives people around the world the chance to empower themselves financially,” says Binance Co-Founder Yi He, a line that echoes throughout the programme’s human-focused sessions.
Inside the Innovation Stage
Running in parallel with the main talks, the Innovation Stage will spotlight builders, toolmakers and emerging projects. Sessions led by Binance Academy and academic partners in the MENA region focus on demystifying complex concepts for newer audiences. Companies including WalletConnect, Ledger, TON, The Sandbox, YGG, and Sei explore infrastructure, gaming economies, and AI-driven design.
Cloud providers such as Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft and Alibaba Cloud contribute perspective on scalability and the systems that support large-scale blockchain activity. The Web3 Pitch Showdown is set to highlight early-stage ideas through rapid-fire presentations and community discussion.
Main Stage Lineup
The main platform hosts major figures in global finance and crypto commentary. Michael Saylor delivers “The Undeniable Case for Bitcoin” in his first UAE appearance. A high-profile debate—“The Big Debate: Bitcoin vs. Tokenized Gold”—brings CZ and Peter Schiff to the stage.
Executives from BlackRock, Citi, and Franklin Templeton will address institutional portfolio strategy, while Ripple’s Brad Garlinghouse, Solana’s Lily Liu and Binance’s Richard Teng join CNBC’s Dan Murphy for a conversation on regulatory clarity in “The Path Ahead.” Real Vision’s Raoul Pal rounds out the lineup with a look at the factors shaping the market heading into 2026.
Looking Ahead
With its mixture of policy voices, builders, institutional leaders and community stories, Binance Blockchain Week 2025 marks another moment in the UAE’s growing role as a global meeting point for digital asset dialogue. The full programme is available through the event’s official site.
