Dubai is inviting residents to swap their usual jog for a unique creative experience this April with the city’s first Art Run. Scheduled for Saturday, April 18, 2026, the event combines movement, art, and cultural discovery within the vibrant surroundings of Expo City Dubai.

Organized in partnership with Dubai Culture & Arts Authority, Expo City Dubai, and House of Arts, the Art Run offers a refreshing twist on community wellness. Participants will not only get a workout but will also enjoy curated art stops and contribute to a collective artwork along the route.

The race is designed for all ages and abilities. There are three distances to choose from:

  • 2.5 km (one lap)

  • 5 km (two laps)

  • 10 km (four laps)

Tickets cost Dhs50, which includes a t-shirt, a medal, and refreshments. Water stations will be available along the route, though participants are welcome to carry their own. This is a fun, non-competitive run, so there will be no winners or timing, keeping the focus on community and creativity.

Event Schedule:

  • Registration: 5:00 PM

  • Check-in and run pack collection: 5:30 PM

  • Race start: 6:00 PM

Spots are limited, so participants are encouraged to register early. Upon registration, runners will receive an email with details on the course, briefing, and parking information.
