So I was thinking about my friend who's always running behind schedule for meals - like last week she got stuck in traffic on the way home from work around 8 pm and ended up eating at almost midnight. She said her energy levels have been all over place ever since, you know? Like one day it'd be a burst of activity followed by an afternoon crash.  Anyway... our bodies are weirdly connected to these natural cycles - we're supposed get most hungry when the sun sets or something like that. When dinner gets pushed back late at night though things can go awry. But I was wondering, what if you could find ways around it?
