Soup

3-4 medium-large tomatoes
2 tbsp oil
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Kasuri methi
1 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
1 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
2 cups vegetable stock
Finely chopped Coriander Leaves

  1. Cooking the Tomato Soup

    In a saucepan, heat the oil to medium-high heat. Then add the seeds of cumin and add the ginger garlic paste. Add the Tomatoes, vegetable stock, and spices. Simmer for a while.
  2. Garnishing

    After Cooking the tomato puree, turn off the gas and add coriander leaves, and kasuri methi.
