The Dubai Police has announced the locations of Eid Al Fitr cannons in seven different areas across the emirate of Dubai.

Major General Abdullah Ali Al Ghaithi, Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Operations Affairs, pointed out that the Dubai Police strives to keep the tradition alive as the shooting of cannons marks the end of the holy month of Ramadan and announces the beginning of Eid Al Fitr.
The cannons have been set up in Zabeel Grand Mosque and at prayer grounds in Al Barsha, Nad Al Sheba, Al Mankhool, Al Baraha, Nad Al Hamar, and Hatta.
Al Ghaithi congratulated UAE citizens, residents, and visitors on the joyful occasion of Eid Al Fitr, wishing them happiness.
