Dubai is adding another big-name project to its ever-growing list — and this one comes with serious brand flex. Mercedes-Benz has confirmed plans to build a massive, master-planned district in Meydan, partnering with Dubai-based developer Binghatti.
Called Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City, the project is being positioned as a fully connected neighborhood — not just another luxury tower.
Not just one building, but a whole district
This isn’t a single skyscraper with a fancy logo slapped on it. The development will cover around nine million square feet, making it one of Mercedes-Benz’s most ambitious real estate projects to date.
