The chatbot is added to Binge iOS and Android apps. There will be a Binge button in the apps, which users can tap and start conversing with the chatbot by either typing in their query or inputting it through the microphone. The chatbot feature is included in the Microsoft Edge capabilities as well as the Skype app.

Users can either have one-on-one chats with the chatbot or add it to group chats where any group member can tag the chatbot and ask a question.

The chatbot can choose to respond to queries in bullet points, long texts, or simple responses in over 100 languages. It can respond to any query be it simple and straightforward or intellectually advanced and complicated.

The Bing chatbot is available through invites only but first, it was accessible only through the Microsft Edge Browser. The chatbot has been created in response to the popular AI software ChatGPT.
