Set to open its doors in 2024, the Oman Botanic Garden is bound to captivate visitors with its charm, grandeur, and rich biodiversity, and we’re here for it. Nestled in the stellar Al Khiran region, this masterpiece will cover over 420 hectares of land (we know, right?), making it one of the largest botanic gardens, not just in the Middle East, but in the world.
The centerpiece of this enchanting oasis is a gigantic glass dome, showcasing a variety of both rare and endemic plant species from Oman's diverse ecosystems. People will have the unique chance to stroll through this impressive living museum, diving themselves into the ethereal beauty of mother nature.

If you haven’t noticed, Oman Botanic Garden aims to educate and raise awareness about conservation. The state-of-the-art research and education center will serve as a hub for botanical research, plant conservation, and environmental education programs. Environmental sustainability is at the heart of this ambitious project, with the botanical garden being powered by renewable energy sources. We here at Gulf Moments cannot wait until it enters our lives.
