Majid Al Futtaim just revealed plans for Ghaf Woods Mall, a $4.2 billion project that’s set to redefine shopping in Dubai. The new mall will rise inside the Ghaf Woods community, Dubai’s first-ever “forest-living” development surrounded by over 35,000 trees.
Where Nature Meets Retail
The mall is being designed as a “forest-integrated retail” space, meaning it’ll mix luxury stores and experiences with a lush, nature-filled atmosphere. Basically, shopping and fresh air in one go — a first for the region.

Set along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311), Ghaf Woods Mall will be Majid Al Futtaim’s 30th mall worldwide and its biggest sustainability-driven project yet.
