Sharjah just celebrated a special occasion as the granddaughter of Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Ruler of Sharjah, got married on Sunday, September 21. The news was shared a day later by her mother, Sheikha Bodour bint Sultan Al Qasimi.
A Mother’s Emotional Words
Sheikha Bodour, known for her work in culture, heritage, and women’s empowerment, posted a photo of her daughter in her wedding dress, surrounded by flowers and glowing lights. In her caption, she described the moment as “one of the most emotional, heartwarming” experiences of her life.
She wrote about the pride of seeing her “little girl” grow into a strong, graceful woman starting a new chapter. “She may be a bride today, but she will always be my little girl,” she added.
