Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum is seen taking a picture with two Dubai residents in a video posted by Ahmed Jaber Al Harbi - close friend of the Crown Prince.

The Crown Prince stopped and took multiple pictures with the two while helping the woman to take the picture.
"This one, this one," he says in the video, showing her how to click.
"You are the expert!" she replies.
"Sorry to bother you” the other fan apologised for taking the Crown Prince's time holding up his phone for another selfie.
"No, no, it's okay," said Sheikh Hamdan gamely, always ready to interact with his people.
