Blending nostalgic Indian flavors with contemporary flair, The Mango Edit showcases the kitchen's playful approach to seasonal ingredients. Guests can begin their journey with the Mango Maska Sando, featuring soft toasted bread layered with fresh Alphonso mango, creamy ghista, maska and forest honey, or indulge in the Mango Malai Paneer Tikka, where chargrilled cottage cheese is elevated with ripe mango purée and a tangy mango-chilli glaze. Seafood lovers can savour the Mango Tango Dynamite Shrimps, while the Mango & Mince Stuffed Chicken Roulade delivers a rich combination of spiced chicken mince, caramelised onions and raw mango accents.
For those with a sweet tooth, The Mango Edit offers a decadent finale through creations such as the Mango Shrikhand Cheesecake, inspired by the beloved Indian dessert, and the Aamras Mascarpone - Kunafa Inspired, a luxurious fusion of silky aamras, mascarpone cream, crisp buttery kunafa and pistachio dust.
