His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, announced the results, which were revealed during the World Economic Forum in Davos. The report evaluated 193 countries, making it one of the most comprehensive global assessments of national reputation, influence, and soft power impact.
According to the rankings, the UAE achieved second place globally in generosity, third in economic growth opportunities, and eighth in diplomatic influence — reinforcing the country’s growing role in international cooperation, humanitarian leadership, and global economic partnerships.
Commenting on the achievement, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid shared a statement on his official X account, emphasizing the country’s continued progress on the global stage.
