Umm Al Quwain just opened Arqoob, a destination made for campers, off-road lovers, and anyone who wants a break from the usual city grind. The area comes with dedicated camping zones, serviced facilities, and safe, purpose-built tracks for off-road vehicles and bicycles.
Built for Outdoor and Motorsports Fans
Visitors can expect desert trip areas, cultural and family activity spaces, and specialised zones for young motorsports fans. These areas are designed for competitive events and safe driving challenges—basically a hangout spot for anyone who loves engines and sand.
Facilities Designed for Comfort and Safety
Arqoob features public services, camping amenities, and secure pathways, all set up to give visitors a smooth and safe experience. Officials said the destination will continue rolling out upgrades in phases, with more activities and improved infrastructure on the way.
Part of UAQ’s Tourism Push
The project was launched under the directives of Sheikh Rashid bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla, Crown Prince of UAQ. The aim is to boost tourism by blending motorsports, eco-tourism, and natural landscapes. The site is expected to support local businesses and attract new visitors to the emirate.
