Abu Dhabi's Integrated Transport Centre (ITC) has ushered in the New Year with a gift for motorists, announcing complimentary parking across the city on New Year's Day.
This gesture extends to the Mussafah M-18 truck parking lot, ensuring free parking for those utilizing this facility. Furthermore, drivers can traverse the Darb toll gates without incurring any charges.
While the city embraces the spirit of free parking, residents are reminded to adhere to parking guidelines, restricting parking to designated areas. Additionally, parking in residential zones is permissible only during specific hours, from 9 pm to 8 am.
It's essential to note that Customer Happiness Centres will observe closure on January 1st. However, residents can conveniently access services through the TAMM app, Darb, and Darbi apps, as well as ITC services via the 24/7 call centre at 800 850. As the new year unfolds, Abu Dhabi's commitment to providing accessible services remains steadfast.
