Simplified Bereavement Services

Dr. Noura Khamis Al Ghaithi, Undersecretary of the Department of Health (DoH), highlighted that Sanadkom is designed to enhance the customer experience for families facing the loss of an Emirati member. This initiative aligns with the leadership's vision to deliver exceptional government services to the community.

Personalized Support for Bereaved Families

As part of Sanadkom, a dedicated representative from the joint government support team will assist bereaved families on an individual basis via phone communication. This personalized approach aims to eliminate the need for families to physically visit any government entity, ensuring efficient access to necessary services.

Comprehensive Digital Integration

Sanadkom digitally unifies services from seven key governmental entities, including the DoH, Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD), Abu Dhabi Pension Fund (ADPF), Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (SEHA), Abu Dhabi Public Health Centre (ADPHC), Abu Dhabi Distribution Company (ADDC), and Al Ain Distribution Company (AADC).

Support and Assistance Services

The initiative facilitates essential transactions related to bereavement, including obtaining death certificates, coordinating burials, and disbursing retirement pension benefits to beneficiaries on behalf of the insured or deceased.
