Drivers in Dubai have great news! You can now pay for parking at Dubai Harbour automatically using your Salik account. This means you do not need cash, cards, or paper tickets anymore.

Salik has announced that this new cashless payment system is now active at the new Harbour West Car Park. This comes after an agreement between toll operator Salik and Shamal Holding, the owner of Dubai Harbour.

The brand-new car park has 845 parking spaces across nine floors, including rooftop parking. It is perfect for visitors going to Dubai Harbour, as well as nearby areas like Dubai Marina, Marina Walk, Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), Dubai Media City, and Dubai Internet City.

Ibrahim Sultan Al Haddad, CEO of Salik, said, "This partnership marks another milestone in Salik's evolution into a comprehensive mobility and digital payments platform. As Dubai continues to grow as a global destination, we are focused on expanding Salik's services across key locations... delivering smarter, more seamless solutions that enhance the customer experience."

He added that the collaboration with Shamal Holding reflects the company's ambition to create "a more connected mobility ecosystem".

How Does Salik Parking Work at Dubai Harbour?

Paying for your parking is very simple. The system uses smart camera technology by Parkonic. When you enter and exit the car park, the system scans your license plate and deducts the fee directly from your Salik account. You do not need to stop at any machine.

This new facility makes life much easier for visitors as Dubai Harbour continues to grow as a top waterfront destination.

Abdulla Binhabtoor, CEO of Shamal Holding, said: "Dubai Harbour is one of our most ambitious destinations, and this partnership with Salik is a direct extension of our commitment to making it world-class in every sense including how people arrive, park, and move through it."

He added: "By bringing Salik's seamless parking payment solution into Dubai Harbour's new parking facility, we're removing friction from the visitor journey in a meaningful way."

How Much Does Dubai Harbour Parking Cost?

Here are the parking rates for the Harbour West Car Park:

  • Hourly parking costs Dh10 per hour (or part of an hour).
  • Get one hour of free parking when you spend at least Dh150 and validate your e-ticket at participating retail shops.
  • Monthly parking packages are also available if you visit regularly.
