The F1 2025 season calendar was recently revealed and here is everything F1 fans in the Middle East should know about the upcoming season.

Bahrain Will not be the First Race of the F1 2025 Season

The first race of the 2025 F1 season will be the Australian Grand Prix on Mar. 16 and the fourth race will be the Bahrain Grand Prix on Apr. 13. The switch has probably come about because of the month of Ramadan. 

Due to this reason, the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix will also take place on Apr. 20. 

The Japanese Grand Prix is Scheduled for the Sakura Season

The Japanese Grand Prix in 2025 will take place during the Sakura season, which will give F1 fans the chance to check out the cherry blossoms in Japan.

Two Breaks in the F1 2025 Season

There will be a three-week break in July between the British Grand Prix and the Belgium Grand Prix.  The second break will be of four weeks, between the Hungarian Grand Prix and the Dutch Grand Prix. 

The extended breaks in October and November in the 2024 calendar are not in the 2025 calendar, with the 2025 races from Azerbaijan to Abu Dhabi spaced out more evenly.

The Las Vegas Grand Prix Will be a Saturday Race

Unlike the 2024 calendar with two Saturday races, the F1 2025 calendar only has one Saturday race, the Las Vegas Grand Prix on Nov. 22.

The F1 2025 Season to end with the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix

The 2025 season will also end in the GCC with the Qatar Grand Prix on Nov. 30 and the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix on Dec. 7.

The only thing we know about the 2025 F1 season sprints is that there will be six of them! Further details are yet to be revealed.
