Seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton shined on the red carpet of the Met Gala 2024.

The Mercedes F1 driver worked with his stylist Eric McNeal and the creative director of Burberry Daniel Lee to create a custom, all-black look dedicated to the 18th-century gardener John Ystumllyn.
Hamilton researched to prepare for his Met look and came across John Ystumllyn's story who was the first black gardener in Wales.
Hamilton's black coat with floral embellishments also had an Alex Wharton poem 'The Gardener' embroidered on the inside.

Hamilton attended the Met Gala after the Miami Grand Prix 2024 where he came sixth. The seven-time world champion is set to join Ferrari in 2025.
