Tariq Mir from Kashmir went viral on the internet after his selfie with the Bollywood director Imtiaz Ali on Instagram with the caption, “With Tyrion Lannister at Pahalgam festival.”
Tariq has received a lot of fame for his uncanny resemblance with the Game of Thrones actor, Peter Dinklage. He has worked with Bollywood Celebrities Riteish Deshmukh, Sidharth Malhotra, and Alaya F. to name a few. His picture with Imtiaz Ali circulated around and he got calls from casting directors for roles in Bollywood films. He had never even heard of the show or the actor Peter Dinklage.

Tariq told CNN, “Even without makeup, many people on the set told me that I resembled the American actor (Dinklage) more than any other lookalike.” Tariq Mir has bagged many roles in Bollywood and is currently working for Ekta Kapoor's next, 'U Turn'.
