NASA has announced that the 6-month space mission to the International Space Station (ISS) will now take off on Thursday, March 2nd, at 9:34 a.m. UAE time after Monday’s blast-off was postponed due to a ground system issue.

The space agency added that the new launch plan is subject to the technical issues being resolved.

The Crew-6 Mission launch was "scrubbed" on February 27th at 10:42 am UAE time, just two and a half minutes before it was supposed to launch from Kennedy Space Centre.
NASA explained that there was a technical issue with a chemical that ignites the rocket engine.
UAE's astronaut Sultan Al Neyadi is among the four astronauts who were supposed to take off from the Kennedy Space Centre yesterday.
"I promised my kids to return soon and I didn’t mean this soon! Anyway, our crew is safe and our spirits are high. A launch scrub is one of the things that we are trained to do, as crew safety is always a priority," Al Neyadi wrote in an Instagram post.
The rest of the mission's crew consists of two NASA astronauts, Mission Commander Stephen Bowen, and Pilot Warren Hoburg; and Andrey Fedyaev, who along with Al Neyadi will serve as a mission specialist to the space station for the science expedition mission.
They will fly aboard the SpaceX Crew Dragon spacecraft Endeavour, carried by the company’s Falcon 9 rocket.
