A mega project called Reem Hills featuring a man-made hill was launched in Q1 2022 to be located in Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi.

This gated community by Q Properties is planned to host a range of luxury villas with 5–7-bedroom layouts with exclusive beach access, parkland, schools, nurseries, mosques, restaurants, cafes, shops, tracks, parks, courts, and pools where residents find all their needs far away from the city noise.
Perhaps the most prominent feature of this gated project is that it will be cast over the artificial hills to offer a 360-degree view of the adjacent area.
Reem Hills Service Charges
Despite the high cost of Reem Hills project reaching $2.1bn, it is promised that the service charges will be at the lowest rates compared to the majority of real estate projects.
