Emaar, the powerhouse behind the Burj Khalifa, has dropped a creative bombshell—an open call for UAE-based artists, animators, and motion designers to show off their skills on the world’s tallest tower. From May 6 to 26, 2025, artists are invited to submit a one-of-a-kind, motion-based visual piece that reflects Dubai’s energy, culture, and constant evolution. Think dynamic animations, sweeping transitions, and visuals that pack a punch.

What’s the catch?

Your artwork has to move—literally. This is a projection mapping challenge, not a still image submission. Emaar wants video or animation-based creations (up to three minutes long) tailored to the tower’s LED façade.
