UAE: Fire Breaks out in a Residential Tower in Dubai Sports City

A residential tower in Dubai Sports City was evacuated in the early hours of Monday morning after a fire broke out. No injuries were reported.
Dubai Civil Defence firefighters from the Al Barsha station arrived at the scene of the fire in less than six minutes and evacuated all of the tenants safely. Emergency personnel from two other fire stations also arrived to help extinguish the medium-intensity blaze.
The fire was brought under control at 5:23 AM and was completely extinguished a little over an hour later. Firefighting crews are currently conducting cooling operations, and the site will then be handed over to the relevant authorities.
Social media photos and videos showed the fire burning on the left side of the multi-story tower.
