Dubai's beloved summer fitness initiative, the Mallathon, is officially returning this month, offering residents and visitors a unique way to beat the scorching temperatures while staying active.
Transforming some of the city's largest shopping centers into air-conditioned walking and running tracks, the Mallathon provides a cool, designated environment for fitness enthusiasts. The event kicks off on Monday, June 15, and will run longer than ever before, concluding on Tuesday, September 15.
Flexible Fitness for Everyone
The initiative is designed to accommodate all fitness levels. Sessions begin every morning from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, allowing participants to choose their preferred distance. Whether aiming for a 2.5km jog, a 5km run, a 10km challenge, or simply power walking at a leisurely pace, there is an option for everyone.
