Emirates has temporarily suspended all inbound and outbound flights from Dubai until 15:00 UAE time on Tuesday, March 3, as several countries in the region close their airspace.
In a statement, the Dubai-based carrier said the situation remains dynamic and is being continuously monitored in coordination with relevant authorities. The airline emphasized that the safety and security of its passengers and crew remain its top priority.
Passengers affected by the disruption have been provided with several options. Those wishing to rebook may do so to the same destination on or before March 20. Customers who booked their tickets through travel agents are advised to contact their agents directly, while passengers who booked through Emirates can manage their bookings via the Emirates Support portal.
For travellers opting to request a refund, direct bookings can submit applications through the Emirates Refund Form. Bookings made through travel agencies must be processed via the respective agents.
Emirates has urged passengers to ensure their contact details are updated through the “Manage Booking” section on its website to receive real-time notifications regarding their flights. The airline also confirmed that all city check-in points across Dubai are temporarily closed until further notice.
The carrier apologized for the inconvenience caused and reiterated that it is closely monitoring developments as regional airspace conditions evolve.
Passengers are encouraged to regularly check emirates.com for the latest travel updates.
