Team India arrived at Thiruvananthapuram International Airport on Sunday for its ODI World Cup warm-up match against the Netherlands, but Virat Kohli was not with the team. According to news reports, Kohli left Guwahati early and did not join the squad in Thiruvananthapuram.

Virat Kohli missed the Indian cricket team's warm-up match against the Netherlands due to a personal emergency. He is expected to rejoin the team on Monday. There are rumors that his wife, Anushka Sharma, is pregnant.

Several entertainment outlets in India reported that the couple is expecting their second baby and is currently awaiting the right moment to make an official announcement.

It is believed that Anushka Sharma has been deliberately keeping a low profile and avoiding public appearances in order to stay out of the spotlight and prevent further speculation about her pregnancy. These rumors began circulating a while ago, but they gained traction after Sharma recently posted photos of herself wearing sarees on Instagram for festivals.

Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli got married in 2017 and had a daughter, Vamika, in January 2021. Sharma is set to star in Chakda 'Xpress, a biopic of former Indian cricketer Jhulan Goswami.
