Kareena Kapoor Promotes Her Pregnancy Book at Sharjah Book Fair 2023

Kareena Kapoor Khan, one of Bollywood's biggest stars, was a distinguished guest at the esteemed Sharjah International Book Fair (SIBF) on Saturday, November 5th. Beyond her acting, she is also known as the author of the insightful book "Kareena Kapoor Khan's Pregnancy Bible."

The book is a personal journey through her second pregnancy, including honest discussions of cravings, diet, exercise, and advice from her mother and mother-in-law.

"When I was offered to write this book, I thought, who better than me could give an honest account of motherhood and my pregnancy journey?" said Kareena.

"I have given an up-close kind of experience about the pregnancy. If I had to write a book, this topic would be perfect, as I was becoming a mother for the second time," she added.

Kareena is distinguished by her stellar career in Indian cinema; hence, she was asked about how she approached her most difficult roles. This was her answer below:

The Sharjah International Book Fair is one of the largest and most anticipated book fairs in the world. It is held annually in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, and features a wide range of vendors from around the globe, selling books in all languages and genres.

The Sharjah International Book Fair 2023 is held from Wednesday, October 25th to Sunday, November 13th, 2023, at the Expo Centre Sharjah.

It is featuring over 2,000 publishers from over 90 countries, including:
