President Trump Bestowed with Order of Zayed
Donald Trump becomes the first U.S. president since 2008 to receive the UAE’s prestigious Order of Zayed on his first official visit in his second term.

UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed bestowed US President Donald Trump with the Order of Zayed, which is the UAE's highest civilian honor.
The medal is made of pure gold and has been given to various presidents and dignitaries from around the world over the years.
The medal is named after the UAE's Founding Father, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.
President Trump is the first US President to receive the award since George W Bush in 2008.
The American arrived in Abu Dhabi on Thursday, May 15, from Qatar, as part of his first foreign trip in his second term.
