Ramadan Recipes: Beef Kafta

Beef Kafta is a traditional Ramadan recipe enjoyed during the holy month of Ramzan. Known as Kafta in Lebanon and Kofta in other Middle Eastern countries, it's a flavorful meatball made from beef, chicken, or lamb mixed with aromatic herbs, Middle Eastern spices, and onions. To make this delicious dish, you only need four simple ingredients: ground beef, onions, parsley, and a spice blend similar to all spice. Whether served grilled, baked, or fried, Beef Kafta is a mouthwatering addition to any Ramadan iftar spread.
