Filipino coleslaw is much sweeter than what we're used to, with a mix of pineapple tidbits and raisins that are coated in mayonnaise. The dressing has some vinegar in it for perfectly balanced flavors.

Pineapple Coleslaw

1 small cabbage, shredded
1 large carrot, julienned
¼ small red cabbage, shredded
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup pineapple tidbits
2 tablespoons raisins

    In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, and red cabbage.
  2. Prepare the dressing

    In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Whisk together until smooth.
  3. Add the dressing to the veggies

    Add mayo dressing to cabbage slaw and toss together until well combined.
  4. Add pineapple and raisins
