Suya Spiced Grilled Fish

4 whole fish (tilapia works well)
4 tablespoons of peanut oil
4 tablespoons of ground suya spice mix
2 teaspoons of cayenne pepper
Salt to taste

  1. Clean and prepare the fish

    Clean the fish, removing scales and gutting. Make shallow cuts on both sides of the fish to allow the spices to penetrate.

  3. Marinate the fish
