Sharjah Police Direct People to Remove National Day Stickers by Dec. 6

The Sharjah Police has issued a public advisory instructing motorists to remove all celebratory UAE National Day stickers and decorative vehicle wraps by Saturday, December 6, 2025

Authorities say the removal is necessary to maintain road safety and preserve the orderly appearance of the emirate’s streets. Vehicles still displaying decals after the deadline will be subject to penalties.

The notice states that any vehicle found with National Day decorations past the deadline will be fined. The enforcement measure aligns with traffic safety regulations to ensure clear visibility and prevent possible hazards on roads.

Sharjah Police thanked the public for their cooperation and urged residents to comply promptly. They emphasised that removing stickers helps ensure smooth traffic flow and public safety across the emirate.

Motorists in Sharjah should check their vehicles and remove any National Day-related stickers or wraps before the deadline — ideally sooner rather than later — to avoid fines or other enforcement action.
