Sheikh Hamdan Launches Emirati Neighborhood Drive in Dubai

The Crown Prince of Dubai, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed, launched a new Emirati neighborhood drive in the emirate.
The scheme is called Hewi Dubai will bring "people together, strengthen social ties and create safe, welcoming environments for community life," said Sheikh Hamdan.
The first site of the project will be called Hewi Nad Al Sheba 4; the project will be a collaboration between Dubai Municipality and Dubai Future Foundation.
The project will be completed within a year. Hewi Dubai will be announced in line with the Year of Community national drive, which promotes unity and inclusion across society.
The initiative is overseen by the UAE's Vice President, Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed, and the Deputy Chairwoman of the Presidential Court for National Projects, Sheikha Mariam bint Mohamed.
