The long-awaited trailer dropped on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, offering a preview of the movie's narrative. Spanning 3:02 minutes, the trailer introduces Hardy (SRK) narrating his tale, beginning in 1995 in Laltu, Punjab. He introduces viewers to his friends Balli, a barber, Buggu, who manages a clothing shop, and Sukhi, who is obsessed with speaking in English along with Manu, a fierce companion to Hardy.

The trailer unfolds the entry of Boman Irani as Gulati, portraying an English teacher. The plot promises a rollercoaster of emotions, laughter, and drama as this group dreams of relocating abroad, supported by Hardy. The movie, seemingly presented through flashbacks, also showcases Shah Rukh Khan in an older role.
