Prunier x Kraken redefine indulgence through a generous, community-led dining experience featuring Grouper Nuggets with Prunier Caviar

Dubai, UAE – [15.04.26] – Prunier, the Parisian house with roots dating back to 1872 and producing caviar in Bordeaux, France since 1921, has partnered with Chef Grégoire Berger’s Kraken to present a new kind of dining experience - one centred around sharing, generosity and a more relaxed expression of luxury.

This collaboration is rooted in a shared belief: that great food is at its best when it brings people together. By combining Prunier’s heritage with Kraken’s instinct for relaxed, expressive dining, the result is a format that feels generous, engaging and genuinely collaborative.

Following the success of their opening hit - a crave-worthy hot dog - Kraken’s signature serve returns, offering a menu that is simple, comforting, and a touch luxurious. For this chapter, guests can experience a three-course menu for AED 165 including a soda or kombucha:

Grouper Nuggets with Prunier Caviar – Kraken’s signature crispy grouper karaage paired with a generous serving of Prunier Oscietra caviar. Presented tableside, guests are invited to enjoy the caviar traditionally on the back of the hand or layered onto the nugget - a relaxed yet elevated moment designed to be shared.

Tuna Pizza – fresh, vibrant and finely balanced, bringing a lighter counterpoint to the menu while staying true to Kraken’s ingredient-led approach.

Hatta Honey Dessert – a delicate dessert centred around locally sourced mountain honey, designed to round off the experience with warmth and balance.

At the heart of the collaboration is Kraken’s rotating “signature serve”, a format that highlights seasonal ingredients and creative partnerships. For this edition, Prunier Oscietra caviar takes centre stage - not as a formality, but as an invitation to share something special in a more informal, social setting.

The Prunier Caviar x Kraken collaboration will be available for 2 weeks (16th - 26th) during April 2026. Kraken operates Thursday to Sunday, 6:00 pm – 11:00 pm, with the signature serve also available on the rooftop daily from 4:00 pm – 12:00 am (until 2:00 am on Fridays and Saturdays).
