Dubai Police have launched a new service that allows residents in the UAE to get their lost-and-found items delivered to their home or workplace anywhere in the country.
This service makes it easier for people to collect belongings that were reported lost and later recovered by Dubai Police, without the need to visit a service centre.
Dubai Police announced the service on its official account on X, saying customers can request delivery of recovered items to their home or work address in any of the UAE’s seven emirates.
The new move is part of Dubai Police’s plan to improve customer service, speed up procedures and make police services more convenient for the public.
Residents who want to use this service can contact the Dubai Police Call Centre on 901 to arrange delivery of their recovered items.
Dubai Police continues to expand its smart services as part of Dubai’s efforts to improve government efficiency, raise public satisfaction and strengthen its position as a leading smart city.
