Travelers flying with Emirates can now turn a layover into a luxury experience, as the airline has launched a promotion offering complimentary stays at the five-star JW Marriott Marquis Dubai. The initiative is designed to encourage passengers to explore the city during their transit, provided they meet specific booking and stay requirements.

Booking Windows and Stay Eligibility

To take advantage of the offer, customers must purchase a return ticket between June 22 and July 12. The complimentary hotel stay is valid for travel dates falling between June 25 and September 30, with the condition that the passenger's stopover or visit in Dubai exceeds 24 hours.

The duration of the free accommodation depends on the cabin class:

  • First and Business Class passengers: Eligible for a two-night stay.
  • Premium Economy and Economy Class passengers: Entitled to a one-night stay.

Redeeming the Offer

Eligible travelers can redeem their voucher through the Emirates website, the mobile app, at ticketing centers, or via participating travel agents. Crucially, bookings must be made at least 96 hours prior to the passenger's arrival in Dubai to ensure availability and processing time.

Beyond the Room: My Emirates Pass and Amenities

Guests staying at the JW Marriott Marquis will have access to the property's extensive amenities, including top-tier restaurants, bars, lounges, and the Saray Spa. However, the benefits extend beyond the hotel room.

The promotion coincides with the summer return of the My Emirates Pass, a programme that grants passengers significant discounts on over 600 attractions, experiences, and dining venues across the emirate using their boarding pass. This allows travelers to maximize their time in Dubai by visiting cultural sites and enjoying local offerings before returning to their 5-star accommodation.

Flexibility and Support

Emirates emphasized that this offer is part of a broader commitment to traveler flexibility. The airline, which currently serves over 138 global destinations, has introduced flexible rebooking policies where all bookings made after April 2 include one complimentary date change across all cabin classes. Additionally, a new comprehensive travel insurance package has been launched to cover free rebookings and extended stays, providing further peace of mind for summer travelers.
